What better day than a Monday to talk about the happy “little things” in life that are sleep related?! I think everyone appreciates a good night’s sleep as well as a nice, rejuvenating nap. I know I sure do! I think sleep is definitely one of those things we take for granted until we don’t get any of it. (Not looking forward to that when we decide to have kids!) So remember to soak in the feelings of being well rested along with the list of feelings below!
